We are a registered provider of affordable housing that provides landlord services to over 46,000 properties for social and affordable rent and we build around 1,000 new homes each year. Our aim is to ensure the homes we provide and the communities we create are high quality, affordable, safe and sustainable – places where people will thrive.

Our Values and Commitments
We are one of the largest builders of affordable homes in the UK. Operating largely throughout the Midlands, East and South East of England, our developments range from small schemes in rural villages, through to large urban regeneration projects, and include market sale and shared ownership homes, as well as high quality new homes for social and affordable rent.
We play an active role in the neighbourhoods where we work, supporting local economies and social activity with communities. Working with schools is just one of the important ways we get involved with our communities. Not only are children an important link between different generations, families and communities, but by working with schools close to our development sites through our free ‘Building Buddies’ and ‘Eco Buddies’ educational programmes, we aim to give children the opportunity to understand how new homes are built in a fun and hands-on way and inspire them to become the housebuilders of the future.
We are proud to be recognised as a 5* housebuilder by the HBF and are working to protect our planet for future generations by creating energy efficient new homes that support energy affordability for our customers, and sustainable neighbourhoods that prioritise the wellbeing of residents and contribute to the UK’s progress to net zero carbon.
We respect and value our customers and have been awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award for Customer Satisfaction by In-house Research in 2024, whilst also maintaining In-house Research’s Gold Customer Satisfaction Award for nine consecutive years. In 2024, over 95% of our customers would recommend us to a friend.
We have a strategic partnership with Homes England. This enables us to provide much needed affordable housing and deliver on our Customer Commitments.
